Information desk volunteers meet and greet visitors and patients from around the world, answering questions, providing inormation and directing visitors. While getting many "thank you's" in multiple languages. Volunteers call for taxi service, wheelchairs, deliver gift to patient room, answer patient call lights and paly a very important role in the patient's experience.
