Help us support our patients, their families and our hospice team of nurses, social workers, aides, music therapists and chaplains. If you have a heart for hospice, this is the opportunity for you. High school students must be at least sixteen years-old and be able to volunteer at least three hours a week during business hours (8am - 5pm; Mon - Fri). You can volunteer after school or during holiday breaks. Must be able to pass a background check, TB test and drug screen. Covid19 precautions in place like physical distancing and wearing masks. We are a local hospice that supports patients and their families in the Denver area and Castle Rock communities. Our volunteers provide companionship visits, playing or listening to music the patient enjoys, reading to the patient, writing letters for patients, doing life review, providing Veteran-to-Veteran visits, Veteran pinning ceremonies, bad dad jokes, Reiki, Legacy Projects, etc., etc. Have a talent you'd like to share with a hospice patient?
