"The best thing about being a mentor is about being a friend, knowing when to listen and reconditioning oneself into a state of non-judgement. It's learning that everybody's situation is temporary, not permanent. This experience changed the way I look at people and taught me to appreciate individuals and what they have to offer...no matter their circumstance. It has truly enriched my life."
