The Elmwood Park Zoo is looking for pro-active individuals who want to put their talents to good use! The Maintenance Department plays an important role in the day-to-day success of the zoo. Volunteers assist in daily grounds keeping, construction, repair, building maintenance, and other duties as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to learn firsthand how zoos operate behind-the-scenes.
The zoo does not accept individuals who have to complete court-mandated community service.
