Want to "give back" but not sure how? Are you a working adult, college student or perhaps a stay-at-home parent with just an hour or two throughout the week that you wouldn't mind spending with a group of senior citizens? Bring the kids along, seniors love children of all ages!! All of this and more are available for you at Sunrise of McCandless.
Currently recruiting for a Wednesday morning volunteer to assist with leading activities (trivia and balloon volleyball) from 10 am to noon.

Description
We are an Personal Care community located in the McCandless area of Pittsburgh. We feature three neighborhoods within our community; two of which offer special care for those with memory impairment.
Volunteers play a huge part in our daily activities, helping to brighten the days of all those we serve. The opportunities are endless, if you happen to not see something that interests you, reach out! I strive to be highly flexible in the varying interests, capabilities and availability of volunteers.
