Heartland Hospice provides care to those diagnosed with terminal illnesses. We need volunteers who are willing to make friendly visits to local patients. Possibly doing light house cleaning or meal prep. Make the difference to people in need, all necessary training provided. Join our team of volunteers, make life long friends and help those in need.

Description
Heartland Hospice, South Bend Office provides care to patients in St. Joseph, Marshall and Elkhart Counties. With a plan of care designed to support both patients and caregivers. Volunteers are a vital part of the team providing a loving presence, support and practical help.
Heartland Hospice strives to provide care to all who are eligable and need hospice care wherever they call home, irrespective of ablility to pay.
