ORGANIZATION: The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk

Gallery Ambassadors are needed 363 days a year to help visitors appreciate and learn more about Long Island Sound's rich maritime history and marine life. They are the Aquarium's primary interface with our visitors. They staff the Seal Pool, the Open Ocean Gallery, the Touch Tank, plus other exhibits throughout The Maritime Aquarium. Training courses are held in March, June, and October. In addition, we have openings for Volunteers in as SCUBA divers, field research seasonally, animal husbandry, accounting, and education.
