Bereavement work can be so much more than a support group and journaling.

Sholom Hospice is looking for forward thinking volunteers who want to be a part of a Bereavement Team focusing on the individual needs of people who are grieving before and after the death of their loved one.

Opportunities Include:

  • Telephone/Texting check ins, pre and post death
  • Leading Grief Workshops
  • Assisting creating individual care plans
  • Co Leading Pre Death Groups
  • Planning meaningful memorial services
