Coaches Needed

Just be yourself - we provide everything else!

Not only do you have what it takes to make a difference in the lives on girls in your community, but you will also receive the tools and training necessary to help girls recognize that their power and potential are limitless.

Coaches do NOT have to be runners! We serve girls in grades 3-8 in York, Chester, and Lancaster County. Our teams meet twice a week for 90-minutes each day. This fall, in response to COVID-19, we are working with local businesses, churches, parks, and community centers, to have community-based teams. It is still TBD if we will be hosting teams at local schools.

New policies are in place to protect our coaches and girls against contagious disease. Team size will be between 8-15 girls with 2-3 adult coaches.

Our season begins Monday September 27, 2021 and ends on December 4, 2021 with our celebratory 5k. Each individual team will meet at various times depending on host site and coach availability. Once those days/times have been determined, they will remain consistent for the entire 8-week season.
