Just be yourself - we provide everything else!
Not only do you have what it takes to make a difference in the lives on girls in your community, but you will also receive the tools and training necessary to help girls recognize that their power and potential are limitless.
Coaches do NOT have to be runners! We serve girls in grades 3-8 in York, Chester, and Lancaster County. Our teams meet twice a week for 90-minutes each day. We have school-based teams, which meet immediately after dismissal (typically from 2:30-4pm for elementary and 3:30-5pm for middle). We also have some community-based evening teams that generally meet between 5-7pm. Teams typically meet on M/W or T/Th.
Our Spring 2025 season begins Monday February 10, 2025 and ends on May 3, 2025 with our celebratory 5K in downtown Rock Hill. Each individual team will meet at various times depending on host site and coach availability. Once those days/times have been determined, they will remain consistent for the entire 10-week season. Coaches are needed 1-2 afternoons per week.
