Goodwill frequently has volunteer groups at our retail stores. We are looking for individuals willing to help us give direction to those groups. This person will welcome the group and work with the store to get the volunteer group started and answer questions while they are with us. We will train you on how to work with our volunteer groups and let you tell us when you are available and able to help. We would like the group guide to help make the group feel comfortable and productive and have a good experience while they are volunteering at our store.
The volunteer guide can choose to help at any of the metro stores or just select ones. There is also an opportunity to help in other locations like Ames if you are willing to travel.
This should be a fun opportunity with a chance to help others.
