Heartland patient and volunteer

Our pet therapy program is a win/win for our patients, our volunteers and their therapy animals. Our volunteers and their therapy animals visit patients in nursing homes and other facilities throughout southeastern Michigan. We see such a difference in our patients when therapy animals visit, providing comfort and a sense of well-being to our patients.

If you would be interested in becoming a volunteer along with your pet, please contact Heartland Hospice's Volunteer Coordinator. Heartland Hospice is dedicated to providing the best end of life care possible to our patients.
