The Garden

Help make a difference by supporting youth education and transforming part of a neighborhoods landscape by volunteering as a Garden Caretaker.

As a caretaker you will help the youth in The Garden program maintain their outdoor 4’ x 8’ garden plot by providing supplemental upkeep (water, weed, prune, etc) between classes and sessions.

You will update the volunteer coordinator on the state of the garden, supplies, and tools needed weekly. Training and support provided by Orlando Cares staff. Caretakers have the ability to create own schedule, minimum of 45 minutes a week for each 10-week session.
