Adult mentor "Bigs" are needed to provide caring relationships and guidance to youth in a school or after-school program setting. This site-based mentoring requires just one hour per week, and the volunteer meets the child at their school or after-school program location. We do ask that our Big Brothers and Big Sisters commit to meeting once a week for at least 12 months.
Youth who have a Big Brother or Big Sister have higher aspirations, greater confidence, and improved educational achievements leading to success in life. You have the power to change the life of a child for the better, forever. The only qualification you need is caring!
