About

Do you have a green thumb and would like to beautify a small but important area in your neighborhood? There are some remaining City of Kirkland traffic circles that are in need of a dedicated volunteer Steward to keep them healthy and nice-looking. As a Traffic Circle Steward, you maintain your assigned circle with regular weeding, trimming and de-littering. We furnish you with a safety vest and can help with plant debris disposal. Stewards average about 3 hours per month, mostly March through October. We do ask a volunteer commitment of at least one year.
