Kindred HOSPICE, serving all SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN, is seeking volunteers with certified animals to visit hospice patients. Dogs are the BEST! Kindred Hospice will assign you and your pet within your desired radius to commute and always work around your schedule. Help bring companionship and a smile to a hospice patient. You WILL make a difference in the lives of our patients, many of whom had pets that have passed on.

  • Driver's License Needed
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 2-4 Hours per month, for at least 6 month time frame
  • Clear background screening, clear urine drug screening, clear negative TB results, and orientation training including completion of competency test
