ORGANIZATION: Kaiser Permanente South Bay Hospice

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: Seeking long-term volunteer who can commit to one year helping Kaiser Hospice with office work. The ask is that you volunteer for 3 hours per week during business hours. You will work in our business offices in Santa Clara (near Great America). We are very flexible with scheduling and vacation time off, etc. You will be trained to use our patient database EPIC (VERY easy so no worries if you're not high-tech). Health clearance, background check, drug test, and TB testing required through our employee health services department - NO charge to you of course. Must be covid vaccinated, must be OVER 18 years old, and possess a social security card.

Description

Kaiser South Bay Hospice Program provides holistic care for patients who live with a terminal illness at home. Our medical team offers a patient-centered care plan designed to help all family members as well as caregivers.
