The Survivors Services Program is designed to provide eligible individuals with specialized services to address the complex results of human rights abuse. Volunteers will work with program staff to ensure delivery of services to clients, assist with program operations, secure resources for our clients to use, communicate with service providers, and be part of a team advocating for the well-being of victims of abuse and torture.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Program support and admin
Working with Case Manager on direct service and operations
Communicating with clients
Managing client files and updating information on record
Assist case manager with tasks as needed
Research and report writing
Community outreach and group development

Description
IICONN offers a variety of services and programs to achieve its mission, including but not limited to Immigration Counseling, Refugee Resettlement, Employment & Training, assistance to victims of Human Trafficking, Interpreter/Translation Services, Pro Bono Court Representation, English as a Second Language and Community Education & Training. Our targeted client population includes immigrants, refugees, asylees, and victims of human trafficking. In addition, we provide support and services to employers and other community service providers.
