The Literacy Alliance of Northeast Florida’s mission is to increase literacy awareness and improve adult literacy in Jacksonville through formal instruction and volunteer-based tutoring.
The Literacy Alliance offers adults (16 years and older) small group classes, computer-assisted instruction, and one-on-one tutoring to improve reading, writing, and math skills. We also offer workshops/classes in financial literacy, health literacy, and career coaching. All of our classes are 100% free to our students.
This important work would not be possible without the support of the community, volunteers, and donors.
We'll work with your schedule.
