ORGANIZATION: The Alzheimer's Association

Volunteers are needed to assist in our office on Tuesdays between the hours of 10am and 4pm. We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of three hours per week. Volunteer duties include:

Answering Phones

Basic Data Entry

Greeting Visitors

Stuffing Envelopes

Filing

Dress is business casual. Other requirements are a willingness to learn, to be part of a team, and be interested in helping out at a terrific organization that provides critical services to the community.

Description

The Alzheimer’s Association - Hudson Valley/Rockland/Westchester, NY Chapter provides support and assistance to the communities of Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties in New York. The Chapter is a unit of the Alzheimer's Association and is committed to carrying out the mission of the Association at the local level. It is registered in New York as a non-profit corporation and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
