The Eviction Assistance Center is responsible for assisting litigants with preparation of unlawful detainer answers (eviction answers). Volunteers will interview litigants, prepare court pleadings and participate in case evaluations. This is a wonderful opportunity for volunteers to be part of project that is geared to help families avoid homelessness and gain better understanding of the eviction process.
