In 2013, Impact Thrift recycled

1.6 million pounds of cloth, sending much to overseas missions;
500,000 pounds of metal and electronics to be smelted and re-used instead of dumping into the earth;
100,000 pounds of cardboard; 500,000 pounds of worn books;
and 230,000 pounds of usable but not saleable bric-a-brac & household items for use in developing countries

Impact Thrift Stores is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose primary mission is to financially support local charities through the net proceeds generated by our thrift store operations. Our financial support of these local non-profits enables their staff to spend more time doing what they do best--feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, and supporting children and families in need. As a faith-based non-profit organization, we: Seek to honor God and value people in all we do, Financially support locally based charities that help families and children in need, Create meaningful employment and volunteer opportunities, Empower people to support others in need through their donations, Promote environmental stewardship by reusing reselling, or recycling unwanted goods, Offer all individuals a first class shopping experience and access to affordable clothing, furniture and household goods.

Impact Thrift Store is a non-profit organization that operates thrift stores. Our inventory is donated to us by individuals and/or businesses. The net proceeds generated by the sale of this inventory is donated to local charities on a monthly basis.
