Provide a Pet Visit

Can you imagine being in a nursing home or facility and missing your beloved pet? Tidewell volunteers bring pets to our patients for visits!

Tidewell is looking for well behaved dogs to visit our patients in our Hospice House, local nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Days and times are generally flexible. We welcome most common Pet Therapy certifications (TDI, Bright & Beautiful, Pet Partners, and similar), but also provide evaluations for uncertified pets. We are happy to talk with you about whether your dog is a good candidate!

Humans are provide with a comprehensive orientation as well!
