Like interacting with people? Want to help your community? Have fun volunteering in our Senior Center Cafe preparing sandwiches and salads, interacting with our guests, and keeping the Cafe thriving. Fast-paced, efficient, and friendly people wanted to help Monday through Friday - ongoing 4 hour shifts available between 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.
We need your smile and great attitude!

Mission Statement
The Senior Center of West Seattle strives to promote independence and life enjoyment by providing access to medical / legal services, community housing resources, lifelong learning opportunities and social events to keep seniors engaged in our community. We offer meaningful opportunities to volunteers interested in promoting independence in the lives of seniors while engaging them within the West Seattle community. By partnering with our staff, volunteers help to provide the essential daily functioning of the activities, classes, events, and social programs that keep our Senior Center thriving.
Description
We offer a wide variety of activities to enjoy like yoga, computer classes, painting, bridge, line dancing, and more. Our chef serves nutritious meals daily. And in our Cafe, seniors can have fresh baked cookies with their coffee, while meeting with friends and making new ones.
