Pro Kids | The First Tee of San Diego is a non-profit located in City Heights and Oceanside, whose mission is to challenge underserved youth through education and the game of golf.

We are looking for tutors to help the members, aged 7-17, with homework, fun educational activities, and outdoor play. An ideal candidate would be willing to commit to volunteering on a weekly basis. Currently we offer distance learning support in the mornings, and our after school program is from 2-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

The mission of Pro Kids is to challenge underserved youth to excel in life by promoting character development, life skills, and values through education and the game of golf.


Pro Kids provides a safe, healthy, and positive environment where kids can access golf, life skills, tutoring, mentoring, computers, community service projects, leadership programs, educational, vocational, and social field trips and workshops, college preparation programs, and college scholarships. Pro Kids is the San Diego chapter of The First Tee.
