Volunteer support is essential to our organization's ability to deliver our mission and serve the families of hospitalized children. Your time and your talents help keep families together. We have two important opportunities for contributing your time:

Main House Volunteers

Volunteers make a direct and meaningful impact on our families by providing essential support in the House throughout the day. Volunteers help in the pantry with organizing, sorting, and shelving donations; restocking the coffee bar and emptying dishwashers in the kitchen; assembling toiletry kits, Welcome Bags and Our House to Yours bags. Volunteer shifts are two hours, every other week, and occur 7 days of the week, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Hospitality Cart Volunteers

The Hospitality Cart rounds on patient floors and critical care units in the hospital and provides comfort care items for caregivers sitting bedside for long hours. In addition to personal hygiene items, the Hospitality Cart offers fleece blankets, slipper, fuzzy socks, journals, card games, crossword and coloring books for adults. Volunteers work with a partner for 2 hour shift, every other week, from 3:30-5:30 and 6-8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
