Come spend 3 hours a week at any one of four centers in Mission Valley, Santee, Chula Vista and Oceanside - for a most rewarding experience. Work hand-in-hand with our job coaches to support adults with disabilities and encourage our clients to be the best they can be.
NEW OPPORTUNITIES available! Lend a hand in our office doing a variety of office work, including front desk receptionist for a few hours a week. Or join us as a volunteer coordinator, special education training specialist training our staff, or perhaps join our Fix-it team or help transport clients to/from work.

Since 1985, PWI has built lasting partnerships that provide adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities job opportunities that assist them in achieving their vocational goals, increasing their self-esteem, pride and maximizing their independence.
