On Thursday, April 27, APNH is hosting its 14th Annual Dining Out For Life fundraiser. DOFL is an international fundraising event benefiting non-profit organizations that help people living with HIV/AIDS. On that day, participating restaurants donate a portion of their proceeds to APNH.

Restaurant Recruitment: Visit restaurants throughout the greater New Haven area, explain the benefits of participating and encourage them to sign on. Training provided.

Become an Ambassador. Help us fill a restaurant! Recruit your friends, family, and colleagues to dine at a participating restaurant. You’ll be in the restaurant throughout the evening thanking people and encouraging them to make personal donations.
Sound like FUN?! Contact Fran to today to join in. Additionally, ambassadors act as a host for the night at their restaurant. Ambassadors can work alone or in groups. We will host orientation sessions with all volunteers to ensure that everyone is comfortable with their responsibilities.

It's a lot of fun. As one former ambassador put it, "It's like hosting a dinner party without having to do any clean-up!"

Please let us know if you are interested as soon as possible so we can give you a restaurant that you would enjoy working with!

Captain a Table. Plan to dine at one of the participating restaurants and bring family and friends. Encourage everyone to make individual donations.

Spread the Word. "Like" us on FACEBOOK, and then share the details with your social networks!

Be Part of the Street Team. Get out in your neighborhood and get the word out about Dining Out For Life! Members of our street team go to businesses and other public places, hanging posters. The more people who learn about us, the more people who dine out and join our community!
