The Fort King Heritage Center is the visitor’s center located at the Fort King National Historic Landmark in Ocala, Florida. The Heritage Center and the park will be open Friday - Monday from noon until dark (or 7pm, whichever comes earlier).

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to work minimally one 3 1/2 hour shift per month. Volunteers will assist park visitors either in the Heritage Center by providing information, assisting with access to resource materials and selling merchandise. The center is housed in a lovely home situated on 36 lush acres! A beautiful place to spend a few hours!! PLEASE JOIN US!
