Come join the fun as we get a great workout, enjoy time with family and friends, learn about nature around creeks, and restore our precious Wolf Creek all at the same time!

We remove invasive non-native plants such as scotch broom, ivy, and blackberry and plant native plants. In early spring we work in conjunction with the Fire Safe Council's Scotch Broom Challenge; in September we work with the South Yuba River Citizens League's (SYRCL's) River Clean Up Day; and throughout the year we work to restore a State Park meadow with the State Parks Environmental Scientist. We have adopted two locations: an Empire Mine State Park meadow area on Bennett St; and a Wolf Rd site off Hwy. #49 near Higgins Corners. We can already see the difference we've made in both of these locations!

Mark your calendar for the (usually)3rd or 4th Saturdays, 9am-12noon in the months of January, February, March, April, May, September, and October, (no work parties in June, July, August, November, or December).
