Grandcare Health Servies is seeking volunteers to answer phones.
Volunteers would need to possess a friendly, willing to help and sincere demeanor.
Call volume is moderate. The calls that come in are a mixture of staff, doctors, therapists, aides and referral sources. The volunteer would need to ask the caller's info., and appropriately and effectively transfer the call. So calls would be short, nothing too in depth.
As a volunteer you would be assisting a compassionately caring staff that is providing an individualized unique service that dignifys its patients.
We look forward to hearing back from you. A quick training on confidentiality is needed in order to get started. This is done on your start day.
