Our telephone call center is where volunteers connect with people who are facing a time of hardship. We assess the client's immediate needs, provide emergency resource referrals, assist the client with the intake application, and provide ongoing emotional and spiritual support throughout the client experience. The ideal volunteer has good listening skills, has attention to detail and compassion for the needy population. No prior experience is required, training program provided. Call center hours are on Mondays from 6-8 pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from 11 am to 2 pm.
