Hi there,
Contra Costa Interfaith Housing provides permanent housing with on-site supportive services to formerly homeless and extremely low-income families and individuals. Sometimes we need support for filing; shredding and during other times of the year we need help sorting backpack supplies and holiday gifts. We are open during office hours, Monday-Friday.

Description
Hope Solutions partners with affordable housing developers to provide a combination of housing that is affordable to extremely low income Contra Costa residents and on-site support services that help to stabilize and build self-sufficiency. Our programs are evidence-based and achieve positive, measurable impacts.
