If you are a Veteran that wants to make a difference in someones life we would love to have you join our volunteer team! We are looking for Veterans to connect with our Veteran patients. Description
Grace Hospice of San Antonio provides end of life care for patients. We have a team of doctors, nurses, nurses aids, social worker, chaplain, and volunteer coordinator to provide service to the patient and their families.
