Resolutions Hospice is in need of veterans from any branch of the military who can visit with our terminally ill patients who are also veterans located in Round Rock, Georgetown, Elgin or Hutto.
We currently have specific needs for volunteers in Georgetown and Cedar Park.
Patient Care Volunteers can provide:
- companionship (conversation, reading, listening to music, watching TV, arts & crafts, etc)
- listening
- emotional support
Volunteering with hospice is rewarding, flexible and easy!
Rewarding - If you can give an hour of your time once a week or every other week, you can change the quality of someone's life. It is just that simple.
Flexible - We provide the training and can work with almost any schedule!
Easy - NO experience is needed! Just kindness, compassion and an interest in people.
