Do you enjoy teaching others about horses and how to ride them? Robinson Ranch riding school is looking for bright, ambitious individuals willing to learn to run and grow our successful lesson and camp programs, as well as managing the care and training of the school/camp horses. There is light office work involved as well as sales and scheduling of lessons and camps. This position needs a take-charge type of person who understands the responsibility of the horses put in his/her care. As our representative, this person must be of high moral character and understand and uphold the values and principles our business is based. on. This person must have at least 5 years riding experience and 5 years teaching others successfully. This person must be willing to learn and teach in accordance with the established teaching curriculum and standards of our program. If you don't really, really, really like working with and hanging out with kids, please don't apply! For the right person, this could be a salaried position.

The mission of Robinson Ranch Equine Assisted Learning & Therapeutic Riding Center is to provide comprehensive educational programs for all individuals utilizing horses to facilitate growth, learning and healing. Pursuing this mission enriches the lives of our clients in a caring, safe, and challenging environment that will enable them to reach their full potential. Our population includes children & adults with disabilities, able-bodied children & adults, those who have been abused or neglected, and those who are economically compromised.

Description

Robinson Ranch is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization that offers therapeutic riding to children and adults with disabilities. We also offer regular riding classes, Family Saddle Clubs and many other great programs.
