We are looking for volunteers to be a part of our team. We raise money through our book sales to fund programs at our branch. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in libraries.
- Volunteer 1 to 5 hours per week marketing in-lobby book sales
- Assist in publicizing Friends activities and book sales
- Assist with quarterly book sales
- Commit at least 6 months
Being a part of the Friends of the Library can be an excellent experience to build your personal resume. We are open to your suggestions for ways to assist the Friends of Educational Park.

Description
Public libraries in California seek to engage the talents, skills and commitment of volunteers to serve the communities' information and literacy needs. Libraries offer a variety of skilled volunteer opportunities to make a meaningful contribution to library programs, operations, fundraising events and other community engagement functions. Skilled volunteers have opportunities to lead projects, work with teams of staff and volunteers, learn new skills, and have fun.
