Volunteers help build relationships, distribute information and communicate awareness of the many non-medical costs that are faced by organ transplant recipients and their caregivers during the transplant journey. They help coordinate fund raising and awareness events. Volunteers are also encouraged to identify events in their communities to help spread the word about the organization. Help is needed in all areas: Office Help, Public Speaking; Fund Raising, Networking and other Special Projects.

Windows of Strength, Limited is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization dedicated to assisting organ tranplant recipients and their caregivers with non-medical costs that are not covered by insurance, goverment programs and other funding during their transplant process.
Description
Windows of Strength, Limited, has been established in efforts to help alleviate the financial burden faced by the recipient and their caregiver to assist with non-medical costs such as:
Food/grocery/meals
Housing for recipient and caregiver
Telephone fees to the transplant clinic
Transportation to and from the transplant clinic
Gasoline costs
Parking fees for visits to the transplant clinic
