We will be making Gravel Lake beach more accessible and attractive to children who attend field trips at our garden! This includes cutting and bagging invasive species such as Ivy and blackberry bushes.

Our knowledgeable horticulture staff will teach you what you need to know. Duties may include weeding, pulling, lifting bending and the use of hand pruners. We provide tools, gloves and water, just wear sturdy shoes, layers of garden clothes and bring a water bottle!

Garden helpers are welcome every Tuesday between 1pm-3pm. (each week may vary a bit.)

Enter through our main gate, then walk straight back to the Wagner house, look for the "Volunteers sign in here" sign at the south end of the home, we'll meet you there!

We look forward to meeting you!
