Earn free admission to a great event by working 2 to 3 hours and having a wonderful time for the entire day.We need volunteers for the admissions area, merchandise sales, raffle sales and supporting Highland Dance and Heavy Athletics Competitions on the day of the Games.During the year we need help with planning, bookkeeping and mailings.

Mission Statement
To foster and preserve traditional Scottish Highland Culture and to sponsor the annual presentation of the Portland Highland Games.
Description
The event is held at Mount Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon.
Traditionally we have been a one day event with Heavy (Scottish) Athletic Competitions, Highland Dance Competitions, Bag Piping and Drumming Competitions, Pipeband Competitions,a Fiddling Competition and Workshop and Clan Tents. There are demonstrations in Scottish Country Dancing, Highland Broadsword and BOrder Collies. There are Childrens Activities and a Kilted Mile (foot race). There is a Ceilidh at the end of Saturday.
We added a Friday schedule that will include Heavy Athletics, some family friendly events, music and food.
