Volunteers make a positive impact on waste reduction teaching and promoting residential composting. If you have experience and knowledge in home composting and would be interested in joining our team of Compost Workshop Instructors give us a call. The City of Columbia Volunteer Programs conducts multiple workshops throughout the year. This is an excellent opportunity for those with composting experience to make a valuable contribution to their community.

Instructors are supported with prepared presentations and props or have the freedom to develop their own. Contact Volunteer Programs at Volunteer@como.gov or call (573) 874-6271 to join our team.
