We are looking for someone who can help with the administrative duties for two different organization:
1- Mind Treasures, Provides financial literacy through character development at global level
2- Baha'i Faith of San Diego, Spiritual empowerment programs for the general public in San Diego

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

- Review incoming e-mail announcements and take further actions as needed

- Monitor and maintain program schedule

- Update social media (website, facebook, twitter) with the latest news about organizations

- Work with the treasurer on recording financial transactions

Following skills are helpful but not necessary:

- Working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Google Suite (docs, sheet, slide, sites)
