Mission Statement
The mission of Barriers Against Repeated Cruelty (BARC) is to aid in the eradication of brutal and vicious abuse perpetrated against animals. BARC aids those animals in domestic violence situations and those abandoned and left to die in animal control facilities by networking with Rescues to assist in saving lives.
Description
BARC is currently a networking and funding conduit for animals left in in kill facilities, aiding them to get to a Rescue to save their lives. We offer funding for vetting, training and boarding if needed.
Many of these animals are victims of abuse.
Our goal is to get a facility of our own to assist these animals and house those Animal Victims of Domestic Violence
