On Thursday, June 26, the CCFA Young Professionals (YP) will host a Summer Kick-off event at the Liberty Hotel in the "Yard".
The YP Committee helps plan this event and heightens awareness and raises funds for Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis.

CCF is a great national non-profit with 45 chapters across the US. The New England chapter is small in staff but rich in volunteers. We need your help to ensure our tradition of excellence in fundraising and patient services!
