Mission Statement
The City of Cudahy Tree Board is a volunteer committee that helps promote the green space in the city. This includes the planting, pruning, and removal of diseased and nuisance trees to help improve the scenery and property values of the city. Every year, an annual Arbor Day/ Earth Day Celebration is held by volunteers to clean up the city and plant a tree in honor of a member of the community that has made a significant contribution to Cudahy.
Description
The Cudahy Tree Board helps plan the annual city wide clean up and the city's Arbor Day festivities. It is also a governing board that helps maintain Cudahy's tree program. The board is also responsible for the City of Cudahy's designation as a "Tree City USA" .
