Become a Girl Scout Troop Leader

Girl Scouts is seeking out 5 wonderful individuals who have a desire to work with low income youth in a Outreach setting at Clinton Elementary School. Training and supplies are provided.

What does Outreach mean: These girls are in highly urban and lower income areas of our cities, towns and our state, and lack the necessary means and volunteer engagement to support the structure of a Girl Scout troop, their meetings, field trips and activities. Our goal is to bring Girl Scouting to these girls and all girls, regardless of their ethnicity, background, location or economic status.

Group meets on Wednesday for 1 hour!

Daisy, Brownie, and Junior age levels will break out into their groups after snack time. So 2 volunteers per age level.

Time commitment: 1-2 hours per week (includes leading the group and prep time)
