A rewarding volunteer opportunity awaits you as a volunteer driver with the CSB. Meet new people, support the community, and most of all provide CSB clients with a lifeline to their medical/non-medical appointments.
Volunteers will be picking up clients at their homes using a county vehicle. Must have clean driving record. All rides in Fairfax County area only, with most being in the Reston/Herndon area. Opportunities available Monday thru Friday between 9am-5pm. Choose the times and days you wish to drive. We ask that you commit to a minimum of 4 hours, one or two days a week.
The CSB is following the CDC guidelines to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, masks must be worn in the vehicle at all times and volunteers must be fully-vaccinated from COVID-19.

Description
When you join our volunteer team, you will receive training, supervision, diverse educational experiences, and opportunities for personal growth. Various positions are available throughout Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The times and days available are flexible and include some evening and weekend opportunities, as well as regular weekday hours. By providing direct service, administrative support, or participating in special projects, volunteers are valuable members of our team.
