We're struggling to get support to homeowners that could use our help.
St Johns Housing Partnership ( www.sjhp.org) is a local nonprofit that’s been providing emergency repairs, financial literacy and energy efficiency improvements for over 15 years. We’re seeking a volunteer to write web copy, articles or letters to both businesses, prominent individuals (donations and volunteers) and potential clients for funded programs (foreclosure prevention and credit counseling).
Our funded programs are a leading source of revenue but we’re really falling short of reaching our prospects with a clear message and a call to action.
We usually have administrative help that can do most of the tedious legwork; we’re just looking for someone to help create a structure and system to implement the ideas.
We’re looking for an experienced individual to help with the following:
- Participate in the creative development of marketing campaigns.
- Meet with vertical marketing managers to discuss direct response campaign requirements and core messages.
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts for copy and design with other members of the creative team.
- Analyze response rates and use results to improve future communications.
In exchange for helping us, the elderly and disabled in our community, we’ll provide an official Letter of Recommendation, recommendation on LinkedIn and any introduction to our business partners and other resources as needed.
