In 2018, over 2,100 people attended the 'Science is Amazing’ Festival at the Lancaster Science Factory. It was a day full of wonder, creativity & inspiration with families exploring the joys of science alongside members of our community who support science education. We are planning for the 2019 'Science is Amazing’ Festival, and we expect things to be even BIGGER...
The Lancaster Science Factory would like to invite YOU be a part of our 2019 'Science is Amazing’ Festival. We are currently recruiting groups to run hands-on kids science activities at tables throughout the museum. YOU pick the demonstration & provide the materials, WE provide the eager learners!
The 'Science is Amazing’ Festival is on Saturday, April 27th from 10am-5pm: setting up from 8:30-9:30am, running table demonstrations throughout the day until 4pm and cleaning up from 4-5pm. All activities MUST be hands-on, safe for children and related to physical science and technology. Electricity Is Available!

Description
The Lancaster Science Factory is a hands-on, interactive science center for kids in Pre-K to 8th grade and their families. We are open to the public and available for group reservations and rentals. We host a wide variety of STEM educational programs and workshops and lead STEM educational outreach in our community!
