We need help caring for our animals. We hope you will join us by giving your time at our sanctuary! Volunteers are the heart of our work and the main reason why we are able to care for the animals. Our volunteers donate whatever time they can, working to provide our rescued animals with lots of love and a healthy, happy life.

We are currently looking to fill several shifts. We need help on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Types of Duties:

  • Cleaning stalls
  • Feeding Animals
  • Grooming
  • Exercising and Socializing Animals
  • Office Work
  • Farm Projects

You must be at least 18 years old to become an animal shelter volunteer. We do allow minors to help out, but only in the presence and guidance of their volunteer parent/legal guardian.

Volunteering at our sanctuary is a great way to interact with many types of animals most people rarely have a chance to ever meet.

We hope you will contact us and join our team of dedicated volunteers at our animal rescue!

  • 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    Tuesdays
  • 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
    Thursdays
  • 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM
    Saturdays

Hooves & Paws Animal Rescue is a non-profit animal rescue organization which provides a safe haven for unwanted, abused and homeless animals. Once healthy and rehabilitated at Hooves & Paws, rescued animals are available for pet adoption . Animals who are not adopted as rescue pets are guaranteed lifelong care at our sanctuary. We primarily rescue dogs, horses and farm animals.
