FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice is currently looking for volunteers for the upcoming 8th Annual Bands, Brews and BBQ Cook-Off Festival held in Port Royal. The Cook-Off Festival is Friday, February 24, 6pm-9pm and Saturday, February 25, 12pm-3:30pm. Volunteers are needed in the following areas: Ticket sales, Volunteer check-in, Admission, ID check, Beverage sales, Assisting the competing cooking teams, and Set-up/take-down. Shifts are three or four-hours, so volunteers will be able to enjoy the fun, music and food of the Cook-Off Festival.

FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice is a non-profit organization serving Beaufort County since 1980. Friends provides psychosocial and medical care for those with a prognosis of 6 months or less. Friends believes in treating the whole person, and their family, to help them live before they die.
